The SOBR Dinner and COVID-19: Our Statement on the Evolving Situation in Melbourne

Hi there SOBR Members, 

We just wanted to touch base with you all, given the ever-changing COVID-19 situation across the country, and our plans for our first in-person event since 2019.

First and foremost, at this stage, the Networking and Professional Development Dinner is absolutely going ahead. We have, of course, been planning this event with COVID safety in mind. We have limited our ticket numbers to be below the venue’s COVID density limits. This means that, in case of altered density requirements, we should still be able to go ahead. However, should the planned date of 6th August be unable to go ahead, your tickets will be valid for the new date. 

We are so excited to be hosting this event, and have had a great response with tickets so far. Please continue to purchase your tickets: the night will feature a number of great speakers and guests for you all to network with, and we are really looking forward to meeting you all in person.
